Susan Benton

Susan Benton is a life sciences executive with more than 35 years of experience in Drug Development, M&A, Commercial Strategy, and Commercial Operations. She is currently the President of Thea Pharma, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Laboratories Thea, the largest independent ophthalmic pharmaceutical company in Europe. She also serves on the Boards of several public and private ophthalmic development companies. For the past 25 years, Susan has served in executive roles at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Bausch & Lomb, and Sirion Therapeutics where she played an instrumental role in building their product pipelines and launching both ophthalmic prescription and OTC products.
